* Return ui_amount, decimals from token client methods

* Return ui_amount, decimals in RPC jsonParsed token accounts

* Fixup docs

* Return ui_amount, decimals in pubsub jsonParsed token accounts

* Remove unnecessary duplicate struct

* StringAmount rename
