Throughout the codebase the misspelling 'depositer' of the English word
'depositor' has been used. This commit applies a global search and
replace to correct the misspelling.
New genesis workflow:
* `gaiad init` is now used to generate an empty `genesis.json`.

`gaiad collect-gentxs`.
