Trezor Unlock + Deterministic Wallet Groundwork (#137)
* Basic reducer / action / saga setup, rendering wallets.
* Better address rows, with values.
* Styling + back and next buttons.
* Formatting, dpath changing.

* Set wallet on confirm.
