Paul Schoenfelder b861da7809 Version 1.0 
This commit provides the first version of POAs automated infrastructure
based in AWS. It uses Terraform for the infrastructure automation
itself, with some bash thrown in to cover the rest.

Run `bin/infra help` to get started
