Subject: [PATCH] init: Ignore SIGPIPE

Ignore SIGPIPE on all non-win32 OSes, otherwise an unexpectedly disconnecting
RPC client will terminate the application. This problem was introduced
with the libhttp-based RPC server.

Fixes #6660.
