Jack Grigg 09cd65327b Disable previously-deprecated features by default 
These features were deprecated at least 3 minor releases ago. I found
one mistake which was that `z_validateaddress` had not been placed
behind the `addrtype` deprecated feature; this has been fixed.

All implementations of ComparisonTestFramework were overriding num_nodes 
Moreover, they were all overriding it to the same value (1).
Set the default to 1 and remove redundant subclass constructor code.

test: Update RPC tests to use a minimum of Sapling 
The p2p_nu_peer_management and rewind_index RPC tests still start from
Sprout, because they are explicitly (and only) testing network behaviour
across network upgrades.

The mempool_tx_input_limit test is removed because the flag has been
ignored since Sapling activation, and will be removed at some point in
the near future.

Daira Hopwood bc909a7a7f Replace http with https: in links to the MIT license. 
Also change MIT/X11 to just MIT, since no distinction was intended.

Fix BIP65 and BIP66 tests 
Blocks were being created that didn't satisfy the regtest consensus rules.

Jack Grigg 243b6a9d4b
Add connections in BIP65 and BIP66 tests to the test manager 
Fixes a bug in the tests causing them to silently pass instead of correctly
reporting other errors. Introduced in 4a785b0a5b
during the test rewrites.

Daira Hopwood 4a785b0a5b Repair tests for strict DER signatures. 
While we're at it, repair a similar test for CLTV, and make the repaired RPC tests run by default.

Peter Todd c5a27f4fb3 Add RPC tests for the CHECKLOCKTIMEVERIFY (BIP65) soft-fork 
bip65-cltv.py is based on the earlier BIP66 soft-fork RPC test
implemented by Pieter Wuille's 819bcf9b99

bip65-cltv-p2p.py is based on the earlier BIP66 P2P test by Suhas
Daftuar's d76412b068
