Pull request description:

  Terminate string `*pszExePath` after `readlink` and before passing to operator `<<`.

  * `ssize_t readlink(const char *pathname, char *buf, size_t bufsiz)` does not append a null byte to `buf`.
  * Operator `<<` expects a null-terminated string.
