...
- pair change options updated in exchange section
- settings rest and save now by default sets manul trading option if other options are active at the rest/save time.
- charts is updated with slected coin pair as they change option
- balance and orderbook is refresh as the coin selction is changed

- backend code handeling login to mainscreen process
