Can I tune my Car?

If you have a VX or VY V6 Holden Commodore with a Flash Based ECM, then yes you can retune your Powertrain Control Module using this ALDL cable, Free tuning software called TunerPro will allow you to tune your ECU/PCM. Please note that this software is not designed by us and we are unable to assist in tuning your vehicle.

Shipping and Handling

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-4 business days of receiving cleared payment. Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate to avoid delays or missed deliveries.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight or size of the item. We offer standard and express shipping options where available. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

Delivery:

We generally use Australia Post as our shipping partner. Please allow up to 10 business days for standard delivery within Australia, depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided where applicable.

Lost or Damaged Items:

In the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue. We comply with Australian Consumer Law, which entitles you to a remedy if the product is not delivered as expected.

Return Policy

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn't do what we said it would, and can't be easily fixed.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.

If you need to return an item, please contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be processed without an RMA. Due to the technical nature of most of the products we sell, all items must be tested and inspection before any refunds or exchanges are processed.

Additionally, any refunds will require the items to be returned to us, any third-party refunds such as chargebacks and PayPal buyer protections applied without the return of the merchandise may be subject to additional fees and collections activities.
