Andre Puschmann e3b77fd82a rrc_nr: set timeout for NR cell measurement to 250ms 
the low timout of 10ms was:
1) causing too frequent measurement reports
2) causes a MO ping test to fail where the ICMP request
was sent on the LTE carrier but never got a reply because
the MCG addition was inbetween

srsRAN

Build Status Language grade: C/C++ Coverity

srsRAN is a 4G/5G software radio suite developed by SRS.

See the srsRAN project pages for information, guides and project news.

The srsRAN suite includes:

  • srsUE - a full-stack SDR 4G/5G-NSA UE application (5G-SA coming soon)
  • srsENB - a full-stack SDR 4G eNodeB application (5G-NSA and 5G-SA coming soon)
  • srsEPC - a light-weight 4G core network implementation with MME, HSS and S/P-GW
