* Extract time helpers from engine_controller_misc to efitime.cpp

* Rename currentTimeMillis() to getTimeNowMs()

We have getTimeNowNt(), getTimeNowUs(), currentTimeMillis() and getTimeNowSeconds()
Align a bit.
