In this example the client connects to a local testnet. The `ubuntu@10.0.1.51:~/solana` URL for the testnet is used to rsync the entry point. `3` Is the minimum number of nodes the client will wait to discover once it connects. This requires the client to have UDP ports 8000-10000 open.
