Tenets:
1. Limit thread names to 15 characters
2. Prefix all Solana-controlled threads with "sol"
3. Use Camel case. It's more character dense than Snake or Kebab case

Speedup bigtable block upload by factor of 8-10x (#24534) 
Added multiple blockstore read threads.
Run the bigtable upload in tokio::spawn context.
Run bigtable tx and tx-by-addr uploads in tokio::spawn context.
