partially reverts #25963 (#26155)
This partially reverts commit 47e62add5b.

Adding back the feature-id so that the master branch can successfully
run ledger-tool across epoch-boundary which enabled the feature.

Note that #25963 backport did not remove the feature-id.

Solana

Solana SDK

Use the Solana SDK Crate to write client side applications in Rust. If writing on-chain programs, use the Solana Program Crate instead.

More information about Solana is available in the Solana documentation.

The Solana Program Library provides examples of how to use this crate.
