* Remove ServiceMsgClientConn from CLI

* Cleanup Operations

* Remove some legacytx.LegacyMsg

* Update CL

* Remove mentions of ServiceMsg

* Simply reflection MsgDescriptor

* Simplify more

* Add code comment
