## Description
Closes: #10333
Added a loop that checks for zero coins before making any memory allocations. If no zero coins are found, just return the `coins` slice as is. If a zero coin is found, then allocate the new array, stop looking for the first zero, and restart the loop to "remove" the 0's.

## Description
It is possible to submit a TX with a fees object containing a Coin with a nil amount. This results in a rather cryptic redacted panic response when the basic validation checks fee Coins for negative amounts.
This PR adds an additional check for nil to provide a friendlier error message.

## Description
Closes: #8961
SDK allows InitGenesis to return with an empty validator set. In practice, the error for an empty validator set gets thrown in tendermint. To fix this,
* Add non-empty validator set check to the `mm.InitGenesis` function. This will break `simapp.Setup` because it relies on an empty validator set [#comment](https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk/pull/8909#issuecomment-804850834).
* Update `simapp.Setup` to use a single validator.
* Fix failing tests (Most of them are keeper tests).

## Description
ref: #9585
This PR if the 1st step (out of 2) in the #9585 refactor. It transforms baseapp's ABCI {Check,Deliver}Tx into middleware stacks. A middleware is defined by the following interfaces:
```go
// types/tx package
type Handler interface {
CheckTx(ctx context.Context, tx sdk.Tx, req abci.RequestCheckTx) (abci.ResponseCheckTx, error)
DeliverTx(ctx context.Context, tx sdk.Tx, req abci.RequestDeliverTx) (abci.ResponseDeliverTx, error)
SimulateTx(ctx context.Context, tx sdk.Tx, req RequestSimulateTx) (ResponseSimulateTx, error)
}
type Middleware func(Handler) Handler
```
This Pr doesn't migrate antehandlers, but only baseapp's runTx and runMsgs as middlewares. It bundles antehandlers into one single middleware (for now).
More specifically, it introduces the 5 following middlewares:
| Middleware | Description |
| ----------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| RunMsgsTxMiddleware | This middleware replaces the old baseapp's `runMsgs`. |
| LegacyAnteMiddleware | This middleware is temporary, it bundles all antehandlers into one middleware. It's only created for the purpose of breaking the refactor into 2 pieces. **It will be removed in Part 2**, and each antehandler will be replaced by its own middleware. |
| IndexEventsTxMiddleware | This is a simple middleware that chooses which events to index in Tendermint. Replaces `baseapp.indexEvents` (which unfortunately still exists in baseapp too, because it's used to index Begin/EndBlock events) |
| RecoveryTxMiddleware | This index recovers from panics. It replaces baseapp.runTx's panic recovery. |
| GasTxMiddleware | This replaces the [`Setup`](https://github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk/blob/master/x/auth/ante/setup.go) Antehandler. It sets a GasMeter on sdk.Context. Note that before, GasMeter was set on sdk.Context inside the antehandlers, and there was some mess around the fact that antehandlers had their own panic recovery system so that the GasMeter could be read by baseapp's recovery system. Now, this mess is all removed: one middleware sets GasMeter, another one handles recovery. |

- ` auth AccountKeeper` implements `Codec` interface that contains 2 methods: `ConvertAddressStringToBytes` and `ConvertAddressBytesToString`
- Add the 3 following gRPC queries:
- Get bech32 prefix
- `AddressStringToBytes` (converts `AccountAddr` string to `AccountAddr` bytes)
- `AddressBytesToString` ( converts `AccountAddr` bytes to `AccountAddr` str)
- Add the corresponding keeper methods
- Add tests

* Skips very noisy benchmarks that end up running only for b.N=1 because
their entire time is spent in setup, and varying parameters doesn't change
much given that the number of stores is what dominates the expense. To
ensure we can provide reliable benchmarks, progressively for the project,
skip these until there is a proper re-work of what the benchmarks need to do
* Previously sub-benchmarks: b.Run(...) did not b.ReportAllocs() due to a faulty
assumption that invoking b.ReportAllocs() at the top would be inherited by
all sub-benchmarks. This change fixes that

Reduces CPU burn by using a typed List to avoid the expensive type
assertions from using an interface. This is the only option for now
until Go makes generics generally available.
The change brings time spent on the time assertion cummulatively to:
580ms down from 6.88s
Explanation:
The type assertions were showing up heavily in profiles:

and given that the list only uses that type, it is only right to lift the
code from container/list.List, and only modify Element.Value's type.
For emphasis, the code is basically just a retrofit of
container/list/list.go but with a typing, and we'll keep it as is
until perhaps Go1.17 or Go1.18 or when everyone uses Go1.17+ after
generics have landed.

Fixes#8810
- BenchmarkAccAddressString must initialize the index less than ed25519.PubKeySize to avoid panics
- BenchmarkFullAppSimulation should be skipped as it has the same logic as tests
Fixes#8762
Given that AccAddress is a []byte type, and its .String() method is
quite expensive, continuously invoking the method doesn't easily provide
a way for the result to be memoized. In memory profiles from
benchmarking OneBankSendTxPerBlock and run for a while, it showed >2GiB burnt
and SendCoins consuming a bunch of memory: >2GiB.
This change introduces a simple global cache with a map to intern
AccAddress values, so that we quickly look up the expensively computed
values. With it, the prior memory profiles are erased, and benchmarks
show improvements:
```shell
$ benchstat before.txt after.txt
name old time/op new time/op delta
OneBankSendTxPerBlock-8 1.94ms ± 9% 1.92ms ±11% -1.34% (p=0.011 n=58+57)
name old alloc/op new alloc/op delta
OneBankSendTxPerBlock-8 428kB ± 0% 365kB ± 0% -14.67% (p=0.000 n=58+54)
name old allocs/op new allocs/op delta
OneBankSendTxPerBlock-8 6.34k ± 0% 5.90k ± 0% -7.06% (p=0.000 n=58+57)
```
