## Description
We decided to remove middlewares, and revert to antehandlers (exactly like in v045) for this release. A better middleware solution will be implemented after v046.

## Description
This PR:
* moves all of the `types/errors` code to a new `errors` go module, except:
* the `RootCodespace` errors in `types/errors` stay there
* ABCI stuff that depends on tendermint stays in `types/errors
* adds aliases to everything in `types/errors` referencing `errors` so **this is not a breaking change**
This will allow standalone go modules to use the same error types as the SDK. In particular, I want the `orm` to reference `errors` and then the SDK will be able to import `orm` and it can stay standalone. The same could apply to the `db` module.
After this PR the plan is to:
* tag `github.com/cosmos/cosmos-sdk/errors` as `v1.0` 🎉
* remove the `replace` directive for `errors` in the main SDK `go.mod`

## Description
The `Error.Wrap` and `Error.Wrapf` functions in `types/errors` didn't work with `Is` and `IsOf` because they had non-pointer receivers. This adds a fix and tests that failed and now pass.

This is the first step towards the migration of the [Table-Store (ORM) package](c99dbedd1f/orm) currently in regen-ledger into the SDK. This won't be exposed as a public API to start with but rather be internal to `x/group`.
This first PR brings these core concepts:
- `table` is the high level object for storage mapper functionality where entities are stored by an unique identifier called `RowID`
- `Indexable` types can be used to setup new tables.
There will be follow-up PRs for adding the following features:
- table types with auto-incrementing `uint64` primary keys and natural primary keys
- secondary indexes
- iterator and pagination

As part of #5864 part 2), this PR decouples the new client/tx
package from x/auth (as an incremental step to deprecating
all the tx logic in x/auth) and adds StdFee, StdSignature,
StdSignMsgBase and StdTxBase to codec/std, while
deprecating the corresponding types in x/auth.
Wrap(ErrInsufficientFunds, "40 < 500") returns strings like
"insufficient funds: 40 < 50". Although he function syntax
fits perfectly SDK app developers use case and as such it
should not be changed, the interface is still counter-intuitive
as most Golang developers may reasonably expect a different
result similar to what other popular libraries' (see [1])
would produce (e.g. "40 < 500: insufficient funds").
