Re-initializes the ublox gnss-module. Returns true on success and nil on failure. Nil most likely means that something is wrong with the connection.
The optional argument optRateMs can be used to set the navigation rate in milliseconds. By default 500 ms us used. Not any navigation rate is possible, it depends on the ublox module in use. Common rates that can work are 100, 200, 500, 1000 and 2000 ms.

The VESC Express has full support for ESP-NOW. It can be used in any combination of bluetooth and wifi, the only limitation is that it must use the same channel as the wifi.
