Tunerstudio cleanup (#4489)
* tunerstudio: move LUA counters to gaugeCategory = LUA * tunerstudio: move test bench gauges under gaugeCategory = Test Bench * rusefi.input: gaugeCategory: formating * tunerstudio: gaugeCategory = CAN for CAN counters * tunerstudio: divide PIDs gaugeCategory into three: IDLE, ETB and Alternator
