Roberto Ierusalimschy 9de2bb0d62 bug: When a coroutine tries to resume a non-suspended coroutine, 
it coud do some mess (and break C assertions) before detecting the error.
Now it tests for those errors before anything else.

Roberto Ierusalimschy 8d4feb504f do not try to ensure that 'sweepgc' points to a live object 
when entering sweep phase ('entersweep'); that may be too
expensive to be done still inside the atomic step. Walking
one single object more often than not will work.
