We need to optimize hand-soldering of pre-crimped pigtails. We need nice silkscreen and we need soldering pads to follow Ampseal pinout order - i.e. let's keep wires nice and have the mesh on the PCB.
Feel free to go 4 or 6 layers of that would help.
