* Debug channel updates

Renamed DBG_44 to Dyno_View
added DBG_LOGIC_ANALYZER
DBG_46..48 are  buffers for new features
corrected ini error: [mainController.ini]:[Line:2593]:    entry = wastegatePosition, "Wastegate position sensor",       float,  "%.3f"

* enum_regeneration
