Add subaru eg33 (#2294) 
* engine: Subaru SVX EG33 engine configuration

Not tested yet. Just basic settings and placeholder

Lcd fix (I hope) (#2211) 
* LCD: check if settings are valid on each access

All LCD pins are set to GPIO_UNASSIGNED in disableLCD()
