Q: Made an error I connected the non protected main supply backwards what have I fried?
Ground on pin 1 plus on pin 2 and 6.
A: That's not exactly 'backwards'. Backwards would be flipping GND and +12v. Maybe no current have travelled via your microRusEFI and there is a change that your board is fine.
