Larry Ruane df531d0b35 add help and -n arguments 
The -n ("no server") is useful when we're starting lightwalletd separately
using a debugger (which I've already had a need to do). Default is to
start the server (as before).

Larry Ruane a9e47fd37e add smoke test (uses darkside wallet server) 
More tests could be added later; this covers the basics.
