Harmony 2.3 for rust server

Extract files into root of rust server.
Start server and it should replace the Harmony V1.2 files with Harmony V2.3
It will also attempt to patch any Harmony V1.2 dll plugins and oxide cs plugins to Harmony V2.3

reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your Contributions in anyway.

b. Restriction on Distribution
You acknowledge and agree that while you retain ownership rights to your Contributions, you may not distribute or make publicly available the Contributions outside the Platform without explicit written consent from bmgjet.

3. Use of Platform
a. Permitted Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to access and use this code for its intended purposes.

b. Prohibited Activities
You may not, without limitation, engage in activities that violate applicable laws, infringe upon the rights of others, or disrupt the functionality of this code.

4. Termination
bmgjet reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to this at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason.

5. Modifications
bmgjet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the project or any part thereof at any time without notice.
