Andre Puschmann fbb151af2d enb,rrc: fix bearer re-activation after max KO 
this patch makes sure that if RBs have been deactivated after
max KO on either the DL or the UL, they are reactivated if either
of them is working again.

UL/DL are always activated together, even if just one of them
recovers. The KO counter (or timer), however, is not stopped implicitly.

srsRAN

Build Status Language grade: C/C++ Coverity

srsRAN is a 4G/5G software radio suite developed by SRS.

See the srsRAN project pages for information, guides and project news.

The srsRAN suite includes:

  • srsUE - a full-stack SDR 4G/5G-NSA UE application (5G-SA coming soon)
  • srsENB - a full-stack SDR 4G eNodeB application (5G-NSA and 5G-SA coming soon)
  • srsEPC - a light-weight 4G core network implementation with MME, HSS and S/P-GW
