DecalTool

Skins/scales spray decals placed in the map file.

Place in your map editor the spray decal prefab.
Change its category or give custom prefab group name in rust edit to SkinID=00000,Scale=1
Replace the 00000 with the id of a spray decal skin. replace 1 with the scale you want to adjust it to.
