How To:
Extract into folder
Run MapToolGUI
Select Map
Select Protections To Apply
Select Ent Spam Amount
Add Protection
Save New File (Will also create a MapProtection.cs Plugin.)
Use Map on server and install plugin in oxide/plugins folder.
