Personal Waterwell that players can craft when given the correct permissions. Or can be used in a GUIShop to sell to players.
Can be placed by players, picked up or destroyed.

Permissions:
PersonalWaterwell.use -- Permission required to craft
Admin -- Permission required to give to player via console command.

Commands:
/waterwell.craft (Chat command requires premission)
waterwell.give playername/id (Console command to give to player)

Info:
Waterwell can be picked up by hitting with a hammer.
It will be destoryed by single explosive, loss of foundation, 20X melee hits, 10X buckshot hits, 7X arrow hits, 5X pistol hits, 5X rifle hits.
