Create a config file PluginLoader.json
Enter github links seperated by ,
Or as a admin on the server use the chat commands

/addplugin url (Enter githublink)
/removeplugin pluginname.cs (Removes the plugin found matching given plugin name)
/listplugin (shows a list of plugins being managed)
