The added unit tests interfered with each other & hung -
solution is to reinitialize the global context at the start of
each test.

* Move initialisation tests to their own harness

* Rename test_misc to test_tables
* Rename test_misc2 to test_math
* Reduce memory usage
* Fill out remaining ignition init unit tests
