* correct pair.sch

* more progress

* Progress:

-additional OD ouputs are driven through TLE8888 (with diagnostic)
-TLE8888 ignition outputs routed to connector (through 0R jumpers on bottom)
-Hall sensor is now powered from protected 5V1
-TLE8888 DFB to AV9 connection removed

* Clean-up gnd areas

* Correct 3D models for U9, U10

-USB can be powered from AV4
-TLE8888 INJ_EN and IGN_EN routed to STM32 PD11 and PD10
-TLE8888 RST and STM32 NRST connected through 0R jumper
-Test point for TLE8888 OUT7
-DRC and ERC fixes

* PCB: cleanup silk and add more vias

* PCB: add two holes for optional heatsilk mounting over TLE

* Output traces cleanup, extinguisher note added

* Schematic revision is now 0.5.0

* Descrete outputs re-arange, labels cleanup, revision 0.5.0

* Cosmetic cleanup
