Python wrapper for Zcash cli

Forked from 5a1t, last updated for v1.0.8-1 rpc interface. Incomplete. Includes some zaddr rpc calls.

Custom functions:

find_taddr_with_unspent - finds a taddr with spendable UTXO

sweep_coinbase - sweeps all coinbase funds into a zaddr, as required before spending
