## Description
The `DecCoins.MulDecTruncate` function is supposed to panic instead of returning `nil` when multiplier `d` is zero. This fixes that behavior and updates the related test `decCoinTestSuite.TestDecCoins_MulDecTruncate` to expect a panic when multiplier `d` is zero.

## Description

* `scripts/go-update-dep-all.sh` updates a dependency in all go.mod's which use it
* `scripts/go-mod-tidy-all.sh` runs `go mod tidy` in all go.mod's
It also updates the cosmos-proto dep as an example

Cosmovisor can cause problems related to disk space when they try backing up, not enough space might fail the node.
A new feature is added to allow user to set a backup path, which can be separated from the node-home directory.
A new env var `DAEMON_BACKUP_DIR` is added. If `DAEMON_BACKUP_DIR` is set, backups will go there instead of `DAEMON_HOME`.

## Description
Reuse bank blocked address instead of passing it to distribution. Right now we are passing the same value to bank and distribution, it doesn't seem like it has any extra benefit?
