ProDrone eca7d9fd21 Add CLI variable i2c_overclock
Add i2c_overclock to master config and bump version
Start using the i2c_overclock CLI setting to initialize i2c clock speed
selector for F1 targets.

Default is normal speed (400 kHz).
Added 800kHz and 1200kHz selection (overclocking).
